Planning and Zoning Commission
- The Commission meets on the third Thursday of each Month at the Odessa Community Building at 6:00 PM.
- To apply to serve on the Commission, visit the Boards and Commissions page to complete an application.
- To view past and upcoming agendas and minutes, visit the City's Event and Meetings calendar.
- Review the zoning map and ordinance.
- Contact City staff to confirm zoning and discuss your project.
- Submit required applications.
- Attend Planning and Zoning Commission meeting (if applicable).
- Attend Board of Aldermen meeting (if applicable).
- Receive approval and proceed with permitting.
