The City of Odessa accepts bids on surplus property for sale on an "as needed" basis. All property is offered on an “as-is” and “where-is” competitive bid basis. The bidding process for all items will close at 10:00 pm on November 30, 2023. Only one item number can be submitted at a time. Note: There are absolutely no guarantees or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied (nor can any be made) regarding the condition or operation of the item(s) listed in surplus sales.
