National Night Out takes place annually on the first Tuesday in August as a fun way to increase neighborhood spirit and improve police-community partnerships. The goal is to enhance the relationship between residents and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community, making our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.
Join us at Dyer Park from 6:30-9:00 pm on Tuesday, August 3, and spend some time with the Odessa Police Department, the Lafayette County Sheriff's Office, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Odessa Fire & Rescue Protection District, and the Missouri Department of Conservation. McGruff the crime dog will also be there. In addition, the pool will be open for everyone to enjoy from 7:00-9:00 pm at no cost. We hope to see you there!
