The annual election of officers of the City of Odessa will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, between the hours of 6:00 am and 7:00 pm. Voting locations are the Community Building at Dyer Park and the New Horizons Presbyterian Church on Hwy 131. Please check your voter registration card for your location.
