All inspections are performed by a third party (IBTS) contracted by the City of Odessa. Inspections should be scheduled in advance and will not be performed the same day the City is contacted or notified.

NO OCCUPANCY WILL BE ALLOWED WITHOUT A FINAL INSPECTION AND A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
