The City of Odessa is committed to working in partnership with its citizens to maintain a well-kept and appealing community. Our property maintenance ordinances are intended to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Odessa. This includes protecting neighborhoods against hazardous and deteriorating conditions that contribute to the degradation of property values. In addition to our City Ordinances, we adopted the 2012 International Property Maintenance Code in August of 2017. Through a cooperative effort, we can maintain property values and create a better quality of life within Odessa.
