Finance

The Finance Department is responsible for managing the fiscal affairs of the city and for providing total accountability to management, elected officials, and citizens for all City resources.

Finance Services:

• Assists the Odessa Board of Alderman, City Administrator and staff with management of finance resources and functions

• Management of Accounts Payable, annual budgeting, Capital Improvement Plan, debt financing, cash management, investments, and banking relations

• Monitor and track the financial condition of City Operations through accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting
