Administration

City Administration Services:

• Implement and administer the general policies and procedures of the City as outlined by the Odessa Board of Alderman

• Oversee preparation of the annual budget, five year Capital Improvement Plan, and strategic direction

• Oversee operations for Electric, Water, Wastewater, Streets, Parks and Recreation, Police, Community Development, and City Hall

• Management of City of Odessa departments and staff
