City of Odessa Building Inspections 

All inspections are performed by a third party (IBTS) contracted by the City of Odessa. 

Inspections must be scheduled in advance and will not be performed the same day the City is contacted or notified. 

Requests for an inspection require a 24-hour notice and requests will not be honored after 2 PM Monday - Friday.

NO OCCUPANCY WILL BE ALLOWED WITHOUT A FINAL INSPECTION AND A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
