Schedule of Fines
There are certain ordinance violations that may be paid prior to court rather than exercising your right to have the case heard by a judge. ALL OTHER CHARGES NOT LISTED IN THE SCHEDULE OF FINES BELOW REQUIRE A COURT APPEARANCE on the scheduled date indicated on your ticket. Violations may not include any personal or property damage, DWI, or driving while suspended/revoked. Payment of fine constitutes a guilty plea, waiver of trial, and possible points assessed.
PAY BY MAIL:
Sign your name to the bottom of the ticket and send it along with payment by money order or cashier's check made payable to the City of Odessa. Mail to: City of Odessa, Municipal Court, PO BOX 128, 228 S 2nd St, Odessa, MO 64076.
PAY ONLINE WITH A CREDIT CARD:
Payments may also be made by credit card using the Missouri Courts website which can be accessed from Case.net, A processing fee will be assessed.

PAY IN PERSON:
You may pay your fine at City Hall at 228 S 2nd Street in Odessa.
